*Sanitization*

We continue to have hand sanitizer available at the front and back counters. We will be sanitizing surfaces that see a lot of traffic throughout the day including counters and the bathroom.

We have always disinfected instruments between patients and continue to do so.

We have removed magazines from the reception area to reduce the spread of germs.

*Patient & Staff Health*

• We will employ a forehead thermometer to check each patient’s temperature as each enters the office; if anyone has fever, their visit will be rescheduled.
• We expect patients to wear a face covering.
• As part of our check-in procedure, we will have a new intake form. If any answer is yes , their visit will be rescheduled. To check the Intake form (New due to COVID-19): Click Here
• Our staff will also be checked daily for fever. Our staff will be wearing a face covering.

If you are sick, please stay home and call us so we can reschedule your visit.

In order to reduce the number of people in the office at a given time, we ask patients to come alone. Exceptions include accompanying your child, serving as a translator or coming as a caregiver for the patient.
